"I’ve only been riding the TX19 for a day, but it’s already a massive step up from my last e-bike. The first thing you notice is how solid it feels. It’s an absolute tank and doesn’t wobble at all when you’re weaving through traffic or hitting those inevitable NYC potholes.
The hydraulic brakes are probably my favorite part because they have a firm and smooth feel that reminds me more of a moped than a regular bicycle. It gives me a lot more confidence when I have to stop fast. Plus the torque sensor makes the power feel natural instead of jerky and the full suspension is a lifesaver for my back on rough pavement. It’s also UL 2849 certified which is a huge peace of mind for charging in my apartment.
I haven’t used it for a full delivery shift yet but for a standard commute it’s been a total beast. Big thanks to Suki from the support team too for being so helpful with my setup. If you need a tough and reliable bike for the city this is definitely it.

The brakes are the best I’ve ever used at this price point. The adjustability of the seat and handlebars is large and accommodates most people (I’m 6’2” tall). The bike’s configuration makes you feel in total control standing up on the pedals while holding the bars and twisting the throttle over rough terrain. It’s exhilarating to ride!

I absolutely love this TX19 e-bike. I'm on the larger side and have bad knees, but this e-bike is incredibly comfortable to ride. Its pedal assist and throttle start are fantastic. The start is very smooth, and the pedal assist is effortless. I previously rode another e-bike whose brakes and throttle were unresponsive, making it feel unsafe to stop near obstacles. TX19 has done a great job! I also appreciate its power and range, which was one of the main reasons I bought this bike.TX19 has been very responsive to my numerous questions, for which I am very grateful!

Very nice bike, fast and powerful.
Ony one problem with delivey, the rear red light was broker.
I fixed it with glue.

Scusatemi, ma speravo qualcosa di più. I pass della bici sono molto basse, per avere un po' di velocità nella pedalata assistita devi mettere almeno 3/4 perché nel 1/2 la bici e praticamente ferma, la bici non è fornita di un adeguato libretto di istruzioni in lingua italiana, così anche per il display assente completamente le istruzioni in italiano, se l' utente volesse modificare i parametri non può farlo perché non saprebbe come fare. Manca a corredo il documento che attesti l' acquisto della bici con data e tipo di acquisto fatto, considerando che il corriere aveva molta fretta e non ha rilasciato nessun documento, il che e grave, Saluti da un acquirente non soddisfatto.

Como ya dije la bicicleta me encanta , tiene buen cuadro buenos frenos en general todo muy bien , que es lo que mejoraría pues los puños no me gustan el manillar es corto el cambio lo mejoraría y la suspension trasera , pero como y por supuesto la pantalla la pantalla no se ve por el dia nada y tiene muy poca información

Esta muy bien los componentes precio calidad les doy un 10 no pesa mucho las soldaduras del cuadro bien hechas lo único que la pantalla no me gusta mucho prefiero otra que le vino a un amigo mío por lo demás estoy muy contento

E bike di buona qualità, ho avuto un guasto di un errore e10 e subito risoltoPer adesso ho fatto 150km e va tutto bene.L’autonomia è buona e il motore spinge

La bici arriva senza limitazione di potenza a 250 wat come impone la normativa italiana, quindi ricordate di procedere tramite settaggi dal menù del display altrimenti si è passibiili di sanzioni salate. La bicicletta va benissimo, è molto performante e l'assistenza è molto disponibile. Peccato non abbia un sensore di coppia che ne renderebbe l'erogazione e la fruibilità molto più piacevoli.

Más que bici , parece una moto con una autonomía suficiente para realizar cualquier trayecto dentro de la ciudad. No se puede pedir más por ese precio. El motor tiene mucho par.

La bici es una pasada, la uso a diario para ir al trabajo ahora que hace buen tiempo, fácil montaje

La mejor que vas a encontrar en relación calidad-precio. El freno delantero roza un poco, y parece que no he sido el único. Se va quitando con poco uso. El motor tira bien y la batería me dura para el uso que yo hago. La llevo a tope, pero yo voy ayudando a tope también. Las pendientes (las que subo yo no son pronunciadas) también las sube bien.Se me ha salido la cadena en 3 ocasiones en poco tiempo, algo que no me pasa con otras bicicletas. Supongo que es porque al tirar el motor, la cadena lleva menos tensión. Lo iré comprobando

Mi piace perché fa risparmiare le forze e non fa rumore ne fumo

De momento la he usado poco, pero me sentí contento de montarme en ella. Es fácil de conducir y mi propósito es utilizarla para paseo urbano. Apenas toco el pedal ya se nota el impulso. Es más que suficiente para lo que yo necesito. Calidad precio excelente.
