Shimano Hydraulic Disc Brakes
- Hydraulic discs front and rear, from Shimano. Consistent stopping power in rain, mud and on long descents, with a light lever feel that won't tire your hands. On a bike rated to carry 150 kg, braking isn't where you save money.
Suspension fork with lockout — control on every surface
- Air-sprung front fork with lockout. Lock it out on tarmac for direct power transfer, open it up on the trail for comfort. The sag markings on the stanchion let you tune the fork to your weight and riding style.
L-TWOO A5 27-Speed Drivetrain
- Three chainrings and a 9-speed cassette give you 27 gears — a low range for steep climbs and enough top-end for flat ground. Crisp indexed shifting from both thumb shifters, with the current gear shown on the display.
Shimano Hydraulic Brake Levers
- A light, short pull is all it takes — hydraulic levers from Shimano give you fine control over how hard you brake, not just on or off. The ergonomic grips stay comfortable on long rides, and the lever reach adjusts to your hand size.

Can the HedaTX TX19 Plus be ridden in the rain?
Yes. The HedaTX TX19 Plus has an IPX4 water-resistance rating, providing protection against water splashes from different directions.
This makes it suitable for normal riding in light rain and on wet roads.
However, the TX19 Plus should not be submerged in water, ridden through deep flooding, or cleaned with a high-pressure water jet. We also recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain whenever possible.
